I recently purchased a used vehicle here and worked with Zach from the sales team, and I just wanted to share that it was an amazing experience working with him. Zach was very patient with all my questions and helpful in obtaining the information for me to make an informed decision. He was there with me throughout the process and the team also stayed a little bit late for me on a Saturday evening to finalize everything with the loan and paperwork, so I highly appreciate you guys and highly recommend everyone to work with Zach.

My service representative Jeff was very helpful. Had a nail in my tire and Jeff got me in right away. Bought my GV70 one year ago. So far have only had to have oil change and tire rotation. I love the GV70 and so far love the service from everyone I have delt with.

I’m picky on car colors, I don’t like black/white or plain colors. I contacted Dave Cox in February 2026, 2.5T G80 doesn’t have Heads Up Display, only 3.5T. None at that time with real colors. I went back to Dave September 2026, they had a Ceres Blue w Grey/Beige interior, 3.5T G80 & Heads Up Display. I saw it on Tuesday and went back & got it on Thursday. The service was excellent, the deal was exceptional on both ends, and I am extremely satisfied. If you want a Genesis, go to Genesis of Schereville.

Experience Manager, Justin did a fantastic job. I felt well informed, with no gimmicks. Justin explained the full process in a concise manner and followed through with all promises. He and Genesis of Schererville get my highest recommendation

The dealership experience here was great. The salesperson that worked with me was Dave Cox. When I showed interest in a vehicle that was online at their dealership, Dave Cox reached out to me right away via email. He was very forthcoming and courteous. We have visited the dealership twice now. The first time we had spoke with the manager and he had helped us because all the salesmen were busy. He was super nice and not pushy at all. I had also called service this week and asked them about this question and Ben was great and tried to help me over the phone but I still couldn't figure it out. So today we just stopped in and asked about my g70 and Justin helped us and he was Awesome. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and knew everything about that car and answered my question that we could not figure out. We had bought the car out of state at another dealership and he took his time like we had purchased it from him. Says a lot about his character. Hi! I would just like to say I was very pleasantly surprised at my first visit to the Genisis dealership in Schereville Ind. The dealership was beautifully designed. I was made very comfortable as I waited and my Service Consultant, Eric Yarbrough was awesome! 5 star experience for sure!

My husband took my new G70 for its first service. The manager was very professional and the service team did a great job detailing my car and it was ready promptly as they estimated. I am so happy to have the new location so close to home since I bought my car from another state.

Ben setting up the appointment and making arrangements with me was a positive experience. When I arrived, Eric was accommodating and helpful. The service itself resolved my problem and the car was delivered, washed, cleaned, and better than when it came in. Overall experience was fantastic.

I have been impressed with Genesis’s Customer Service since day one. I’ve owned other luxury car brands and I have not received this level of attention and service.

Drove 2 hour to do business with Schererville Genesis this was my second purchase from this dealership. Each time has been a great experience. I recently purchased a preowned 2015 Mercedes ML 250 from an online website. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their new facilities are exceptional and mirrors the quality of their cars. One of the best car buying experiences I have had.

If you are looking for a Genesis definitely visit the location in Schererville and ask for Justin. He was an amazing. He helped me with getting my GV70. Justin also showed me how to use everything. He was very polite and patient with me. He also made sure I got everything I asked for. Im so happy with this dealership. The finance manager Pablo was helpful with getting me the best deal. Honestly true car buyers look at reviews and everything so this place needs a rerun on clerks, managers, and sales in this place. Need to know how to actually do things and run numbers correctly. So good luck

I had a flawless experience with Genesis of Schereville. I live in a neighboring state a few hours away. Adil provided straightforward information. We easily agreed on a fair price. The delivery was fantastic. No pressuring me for all kinds of extra services, just courteous offers for options of I wanted. Probably the best dealership experience I have ever had. Very nice brand new showroom. Even the service bays looked showroom clean. I wish they were near where I lived. HIGHLY recommend this dealer and Adil. Oh, and loving my new GV70.

They have had over 4 months to produce me a title with which I still do not have. They have also at time of trade-in did not produce me with a purchase agreement and bill of sale. I will NOT be recommending this dealership to any of my friends or family.

In late may I bought a mustang they had for sale. I had some difficulties figuring out times to pick the car up due to being out of state. However, Conrad was more than understanding and helped me with everything I needed. Nearly three months after I bought the car no issues and runs and drives great. For being a older car though with low miles I wouldve understood if there were some quirks. Still no issues. Conrad helped out a ton and I had a great experience.

This dealership is nothing short of amazing. You just have that luxury feeling as soon as you pull in the lot and walk into the dealership. The service is great and they are very informative and knowledgeable. This is my new dealership home.

I would like to thank Conrad Kerosky for the excellent service I received at Genesis. My son, who lives in China went to a dealership in Shanghai and lived the car. My son asked me to go to Genesis in Merrillville and drive the car. That is where I met Conrad. He spent time on the phone with my son in China going over all the details. I went home to think about this purchase all the while Conrad kept in contact with me until we made the decision to purchase this vehicle. Once we decided this was the car Conrad had to find the car in my preferred color. He did all this to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I felt Conrad was professional and patient with us through this process. I really enjoy driving this car. Thanks again to Conrad for all his help and support. I'm one happy customer.
