In late may I bought a mustang they had for sale. I had some difficulties figuring out times to pick the car up due to being out of state. However, Conrad was more than understanding and helped me with everything I needed. Nearly three months after I bought the car no issues and runs and drives great. For being a older car though with low miles I wouldve understood if there were some quirks. Still no issues. Conrad helped out a ton and I had a great experience.
This dealership is nothing short of amazing. You just have that luxury feeling as soon as you pull in the lot and walk into the dealership. The service is great and they are very informative and knowledgeable. This is my new dealership home.

I’ve had my GV70 for 2 years and have had excellent customer service with Genesis of Schereville whenever it’s been in for maintenance or warranty work. I just was in the new facility for an oil change and it’s very sleek and comfortable for those short waits.

Great buying experience with Dave C. I had a car totaled out from flood damage, and needed to get a purchase done in a day. Dave and the team made it happen after some short notice of when I'd be coming in for a test drive (from >150 miles away). Car was expertly cleaned, new tires and fresh oil change. Dave had everything ready when I got there. Needed about an hour for the paperwork and plates and I was on the road. Even gave me a full tank of gas.

I purchased a GV60 and was pressured into buying an ALLSTATE expended warranty from GENESIS of MERRILLVILLE. I was told this would cover any and all damage to my windshield. That it would cover a replacement "even if a squirrel fell on my car and broke the windshield". While driving, a rock hit my windshield and I had a small crack. I immediately drove to the dealership. Great experience from start to finish. Team was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain all the features and walk me through the set up of the vehicle. When I came to pick it up, it was fully detailed and gassed up and ready to go.
If Justin Lieberman hadn't been working on March 7th, I would have waited and come back to shop for car and talk deal. He takes the time to make sure you understand the paperwork, the process and goes over the features of the car to your satisfaction. Follows up with phone calls to make sure you are still satisfied with the vehicle and asks if there is anything else he can show about the vehicle. Very knowledgeable and friendly to work with.
I cant give enough praise to Justin and Adam. They went above and beyond to help us find our perfect vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful but they made it seamless. Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of amazing. Justin and Adam really took their time with us and was thorough , gracious and extremely understanding of our situation and made the deal work to our favor. This kind of customer service is unheard of in this industry. Last time, it took us almost 9 hours to lease a car.
